I’m a Relational Psychotherapist based in Toronto. In our work together, we’ll explore the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that have shaped you, and make space for the parts of you that may have been overlooked or silenced. I bring a curious, thoughtful approach to therapy by asking questions that help us gently uncover what’s beneath the surface.
